DIY Green Tea Facial Scrub

Green tea has antioxidant properties that may help to revitalize cells and fight against damaged skin. There are many ways to use green tea in a skincare regime (and many skincare brands now include this ingredient in high-end beauty products). Here is the amazing DIY recipe of green tea facial scrub.

Ingredients:
• 2 green tea bags or 1 spoon full of green tea.
• 1/3 cup of boiling water.
• 3 spoons of sugar.
• Clean bowl and a spoon

Procedure:
Step 1:
Collect all the ingredients. Now, in a cup or glass, put the tea leaves or the tea bag and discharge the hot water in it and let it brew. Let the green tea be in the water until it completely cools down, this will let the tea get brewed flawlessly.

Step 2:
After 30 minutes to 1 hour, when the water cools down totally, take out the tea bags and keep the green tea concentrate aside.

Step 3:
In the clean bowl, add 2 tbsp. of sugar and then add 1 spoons of green tea concentrate in it, mix it with a spoon. As water is not hot, it won’t be able to dissolve all the sugar.

Step 4:
Now, add the lasting one spoon of sugar and mix. You can increase the amount of green tea liquid or sugar to get the favorite consistency, but the resulting solution should not be all liquid, sugar particles should be there.

Step 5:
Now, your green tea facial scrub is ready to use. Transfer it in an air tight container then, apply it on your face in a round motion using your fingers or a cotton pad. We suggest using cotton pad as the tea liquid will get absorbed in the pad and you will be able to apply it well. Lightly scrub for 2 minutes, and then wash your face with warm water.
