Tip #14: HOW TO FIGHT ACNE SCARS?

Acne scars are the most awful. I think we can all agree on that. Here are 6 remedies that you perhaps have right now at home that can help remove your dark spots and acne scars fast.

1. ALOE VERA
Scars heal when there are moisturizing and gentle properties present in your treatment. Aloe Vera has these two… and then some. The antioxidants in aloe Vera decrease swelling and redness, while its natural astringent removes excess oil and dead cells.

2. COCONUT OIL
Coconut oil is especially great for acne scars and is even suggested by avid users to make them a part of your daily routine. Dab some coconut oil under your eyes, on your lips, and bare brows in the morning to keep your face looking naturally glowing.

3. BAKING SODA
Baking soda balances your pH level and acts as a natural exfoliator. In doing so, it removes dead skin cells and leaves you refreshed without harm the skin around the scar.

4. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
Apple cider vinegar has been advertised as an all-around natural ingredient for everything from cleaning solutions to skin care. When it comes to treating acne scars, mix it with honey and leave it on for 10 minutes after applying it to the area. Do this up to two times a day for the best results.
5. ONION EXTRACT
Onion extract is superb for fighting acne. It has properties that reduce redness inflammation and soreness. With bioflavonoids, like kaempferol and cepalin, onion extract has been known to significantly shrink the appearance of scars after only a few weeks, with daily use, of course.

6. LEMON
If you want to lighten your acne scar, lemon is a great choice. It has alpha hydroxy acids (AHA), meaning it has the great healing properties your skin needs. Lemon Known as natural bleach, this lightener aids in new cell growth and gives your skin its elasticity back.
